T Family | Louisville, KY Family Photographer

I had a fun mini session with the T family today! The girls (they are cousins) were super cute in their matching outfits, complete with headbands! They are a very sweet family, and even grandma and grandpa got in on the fun!

Terrel Family | Louisville, KY Family Photographer

When I was visiting Texas last week, I got to take photos of the wonderful Terrel family. Little Virgil just turned one and is a happy-go-lucky little ball of energy! We started the session at their home, and then moved to a nearby park. I mentioned in my sneak peek post that it was so stinkin' hot, but I had a blast with them and I think we got some really great photos! But don't take my word for it, see for yourself!

Terrel Family {Sneak Peek} | Louisville, KY Family Photographer

On Labor Day, I got to do a photo session with the adorable Terrel family! Cheryl and Andy are old college friends of mine. Cheryl and I were roommates for a couple of years and I was the Maid of Honor at their wedding in 2004. Their baby boy, Virgil just turned one at the end of August, so it was the perfect time for some family photos! It was hot out, but they were troupers. And I just can't get enough of Virgil's precious facial expressions!! Seriously, I love this little guy. Although, "Aunt Sarah" might just be a little bit biased. :-)

Here is a quick sneak peek of the session. More coming soon!

Day Twelve

I'm going to cheat a little bit today and instead of posting a picture I took today, I'm going to post a picture I edited today. The original photo is of my uncle and some of his friends. My grandmother really likes the picture of my uncle, but wanted to see if I could crop the other people out of it. I told her I would give it a shot! I ended up doing mostly cut and paste work with a little bit of clone stamping. It's definitely not seamless (don't look too closely!!!), but I think for a first try, it works!
